Shari Morales

Operations Coordinator

As CASJ’s Operations Coordinator, Shari provides support for both staff and management by ensuring the office runs smoothly. She comes to CASJ with over 20 years of experience in service-based communities and is dedicated to the Long Island community. Shari served the animal community during her 12 years working with the Suffolk County SPCA as the Office Manager.

Most recently, Shari worked at Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc (FREE, Inc.) for 8 years, where she became involved with the disabled, TBI, and mental health community. During her time at FREE, Inc., Shari held several positions, including Executive Assistant for the Integrated Day and Youth Programs, Executive Assistant for the Human Resources Department, and Office Manager/Executive Assistant to the CEO and President. Shari provided support to the programs, departments, building, and executives. Shari is passionate about supporting animals and advocating for people who cannot advocate for themselves to help make their lives fulfilled.
